Why escape rooms work for reunions

Reunions bring together people who do not see each other often, from the elders who hold the family stories to cousins meeting for the first time. Pigeon Forge is a reunion town. Church families, class reunions, military reunions, and the many Black family reunions held in the Smokies all gather here, and we would be honored to be part of yours.

Wear the reunion T-shirts, bring the banner for the group photo afterward, and make the hour your own. The room is private to your family.

Planning it from home

Most reunions are planned months ahead by a committee. Online booking opens 60 days before a date, so for anything further out, or to hold several rooms at once, send us a group inquiry with your dates and headcount and we will plan the schedule with you.

Booking online early earns our Plan & Save discount, and after each game your group receives a discount code for another room the same day, handy when the cousins demand a rematch.

Plenty of reunions base themselves in cabins around Wears Valley and Pigeon Forge. We are a block off the Parkway on East Wears Valley Road: about 20 minutes from Wears Valley, 10 from Sevierville, and 20 to 30 from Gatlinburg depending on traffic.

How big a reunion can you host?

Up to 56 players at once across our six rooms, with start times inside the same hour. Bigger families can play in waves through the day.

Can grandparents and young kids play on the same team?

Yes, and mixed-age teams are the best part: the puzzles reward patience and sharp eyes as much as speed. Kids 12 and under are $29.99, and if anyone has mobility concerns, call (865) 366-1409 first and we will suggest the right rooms.

How should we split the family into teams?

Any way you like: by branch, generation, or household. Tell us your headcount and we will suggest team sizes for each room. Versus Mode is the pick when two sides of the family want a head-to-head race.

How far ahead should we book?

As early as you can. Online booking opens 60 days ahead; for dates further out, or to hold several rooms together, send a group inquiry and we will plan it with you.

Is each game private?

Yes. Every game is private, so your family has the room to itself.

What should the reunion committee tell everyone?

Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early, wear comfortable clothes, bring glasses if you wear them, and sign the short digital waiver before you come.

How much does it cost?

What if our plans change?

Contact us at least 24 hours before your game to reschedule, subject to availability. Cancel 48 hours or more ahead for a full refund; the details are on our cancellation policy page.
